Exchanges and returns

Our priority is for you to be able to find your perfect fit, so we offer unlimited free exchanges when possible, and fully refunded returns within 14 days of delivery for change of mind.

We also know that you might not know how your wetsuit really fits until you've worn it in the water - that's why we offer a super flexible policy and will work with you to find a solution if you've already worn your suit but feel like it just doesn't fit right.

 

We have extremely limited stock, so exchanges may not always be possible. For this reason we recommend you carefully check our size guide and measure yourself before ordering.

If you would like to exchange your wetsuit for another size or return it, please email us at madeforitwetsuits@gmail.com with your order number.

Please know that if a size does not show as available on our website, we do not currently have it in stock for immediate exchange. We are happy to provide an exchange upon our next restock if you keep the suit in its original condition, or exchange for any other item or combination of items on our website, or issue a return subject to the value of your original order.

We also offer refunds for a manufacturing fault within our one-year warranty period.
